My name is Leah Clearwater and I've been in the wine industry for over 27 years. I started off working in wine retail, then took a giant leap into academia with a PhD in Viticulture, dabbled in grape & wine research, worked in vineyard consulting for years, lectured at uni, enjoyed roles with distributors, sat on many boards, chaired a few, studied marketing, then landed a number of different management roles with wineries..... along the way I've learned a lot. Especially about people. My background and experience connects product - people - place in new and unique ways and I'm sure that my holistic approach will benefit you.
