Beautiful Bubbles

A lesson on the various methods used to make sparkling wine, what sets new world sparkling and French Champagne apart and the different styles of sparkling (Vintage vs Non-Vintage, Cremant, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noirs, Prosecco, Spumante, Cava, etc). This tutorial includes a tasting of a range of styles and price points. Add some oysters for an additional $50pp.
