Process

This consultation is centred around what your club management process is to determine whether you could improve efficiencies, labour costs, club pack processing, shipping and other key factors involved in actually running the club. The evaluation will include, but not be limited to:

- Communication with club members

- Preparation for club pack processing

- Reducing processing errors, card declines, etc

- Packing shipments

- Following up on un-processed packs
